Ok so a big thank you to evryone for the comments. Im ok …still worrying about health issues as my blood tests are still coming back abnormal. I will be seeing my gp tomorrow who can hopefully shed some light and i see two specialists in september.

Ive actually had a good time lately i went away ….camping in Leicester and Norfolk which was excellent although i dont think my back has recovered. I took my kids to the cinema to see wall e the first time two of them have ever been and the first time in five years that ive been.  Also flying kites on blackheath and had my sons 9th birthday, we didnt party but it was a nice day.
